(1) dried fruit, (1) onion, (1) diaper or string, (1) clay pot.
How to do it
Cut the gourd from the middle. Put 1 (1) onion inside the cut gourd. Add onion to the 2 halves of the gourd and tie with a diaper or rope. Tie it securely.
Then put it in an earthen pot and add water until it is submerged in water. Boil it until it is soft.
How to use it
At night, add a half of an onion to the side of the boiled fruit and put it on the left/right side of the sore knee and sleep with a cloth wrapped around it.
When you get up in the morning, pour water from above your knees. (The heat will come out).
Do it once a week/(3) weeks. Your knee pain will be gone.
